A brand system you can edit, version and approve

Answer a discovery brief once. LazyOne proposes three positioning territories, then builds the full strategy and visual system around the one you choose — as editable sections, not a locked document.

What you get

Deliverables

Purpose, mission and vision

Three distinct statements. Mission describes what you do now; vision describes the future state you are working toward.

Values with observable behaviours

Each value is paired with what it looks like in practice, so it can guide a decision rather than decorate a wall.

Positioning and value proposition

A positioning statement naming the audience, the category, the alternative you displace and the reason to believe.

Audience personas

Segments with their problem in customer language, the trigger that starts a search, and the objection that stops a purchase.

Personality and tone of voice

An archetype, personality traits, and tone rules with do-write and do-not-write examples your team can copy.

Messaging pillars and taglines

Pillars with proof points, an elevator pitch, and tagline options with the rationale for each.

Colour palette and typography

Primary and secondary palettes with HEX values plus contrast notes, and typeface recommendations with fallbacks.

Visual direction and dos and don’ts

Photography, illustration, iconography and layout direction, key visual concepts, and an explicit list of what to avoid.

How it works

The workflow

  1. 1

    Complete the discovery brief

Structured questions, saved as a draft as you go. Nothing is mandatory that LazyOne can reasonably infer.

  2. 2

    Optionally retrieve your website

Supply a public URL and LazyOne reads the accessible page content to reduce retyping. Retrieval is sandboxed, size-limited and blocked from private network addresses.

  3. 3

    Facts are labelled by source

Everything is tagged as verified by you, retrieved from your site, or inferred by the model — and stays labelled through every later module.

  4. 4

    Choose a positioning territory

Three genuinely different directions with trade-offs, not three rewordings of the same idea. Pick one or edit it.

  5. 5

    Generate the full strategy

The complete system is produced section by section so you can regenerate one part without losing the rest.

  6. 6

    Approve a version

Approve sections individually or the whole version. The approved version becomes the active brand profile every other module reads.

Limitations

What this module does not do

Stated plainly, so nothing here surprises you later.
  • LazyOne produces a logo creative brief. It does not produce a final logo file, and it cannot confirm that any name or mark is available to trademark.
  • Competitor content informs differentiation only. It is never copied, and competitor facts are not asserted as true.
  • Colour and typography recommendations include contrast guidance, but a full accessibility audit of your finished assets is still your responsibility.
  • Guideline PDF export is not built yet. Strategy versions are viewable and editable in the workspace.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can I keep more than one brand?
Yes. You can create multiple brands and switch the active brand profile. Each brand keeps its own strategy versions, projects and assets.
What happens to my edits when I regenerate a section?
Your edits are preserved. Regeneration produces a new version of that section and never silently overwrites text you have changed, unless you explicitly choose to replace it.
Does the model see my website content as instructions?
No. Retrieved page text and uploaded documents are treated as untrusted data. Prompts instruct the model to ignore any commands embedded in that content.
