Writing marketplace listings that survive channel review
Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho reject listings for structural reasons far more often than creative ones. Fix the structure first.

A listing is a structured document before it is persuasive copy. Channels evaluate the structure mechanically, so the fastest route to approval is to satisfy the format and keep the persuasion inside it.
Separate the master record from channel copy
Keep one verified product record: specifications, package contents, warranty terms, certifications, dimensions. Generate each channel version from it. Never edit a channel version in a way that contradicts the master record.
Keep keywords out of readable copy
Where a channel provides backend search terms, put discovery language there. Titles and bullets should read as a sentence a person would say. Stuffed titles reduce conversion even when they are accepted.
Claim categories that attract review
Medical or therapeutic benefits, environmental claims, performance figures, superlatives such as “best” or “number one”, and warranty language all invite scrutiny. Each one should be traceable to a document you hold.
Treat character limits as configuration
Limits and policies change. Store them as configurable values you can update, not as assumptions baked into a template.
